Premac Group were engaged to provide full strip-out and refurbishment of an existing car hire facility. Our team reconfigured the ground and first floor layouts to accommodate additional WC’s, a more inviting reception as well as additional welfare facilities for staff. The scope included the provision of new ceilings, flooring, decoration, doors, lighting and electrical distribution throughout the facility.
