Premac Group were engaged to refurbish a vacant office in a period property in Glasgow City Centre. The client asked us to deliver their vision using our expertise and experience in office facilities. Our teams worked with consideration to existing tenants in the building, minimizing noise, dust and any sign of works in the common areas. We provided additional WC’s to suit the client needs, new flooring and decoration throughout, and a new tea-point.
