Premac Group were engaged to refurbish existing office facilities in a large commercial unit to suit the new tenants needs. To fully meet the new tenants requirements our teams built a new office, additional shower room, new locker room and a new canteen. We reconfigured the existing layout to provide open plan working space, a welcoming reception and two glazed meeting rooms.
