Maritime Coastguard Dundee

Premac Group were selected via competitive tender to undertake the full refurbishment of a derelict fuel store to form a brand new, fit-for-purpose coastguard station.

 

Our scope included a full strip-out of all existing services, surface finishes and the demolition of existing internal offices.  Our teams replaced all internal finishes, doors and windows, plumbing and a full electrical rewire.  We formed a new shower room and installed new male and female WC’s.  The property was fully redecorated internally and externally, supplied with a new roller shutter door and the garage was finished with a new resin floor.

 

Externally our teams formed a new car park, replaced the existing overgrown walkway with new tarmac and carried our various repairs to the roof.
